The Bottom Three recently partnered with the California Institute of Technology to host a brand new leadership lab, affectionately titled "The Uncertainty Principle".
This leadership lab focused on critical decision-making and embracing uncertainty while leading through turbulent times. Participants came away with a deeper understanding of fundamental leadership skills by testing them against unpredictable constraints of time and resources, while reinforcing the often underestimated urgency of stress-management.
Participants included undergraduate students, graduate students, staff, faculty and even local community members.
