professional pursuit; it is a passion, a hobby, and a part of his daily life. He believes that everyone can be a unique contributor
and has a special interest in helping individuals unlock their true
potential. He aspires to change the world,

Tim has performed work as a mentor, professional coach, content developer, teacher and facilitator through his involvement with leadership development programs. His key assets are his patience, dedication and focus. His work has resulted in three technical publications on the development, planning and execution of experiential offsite weekends, a core component of the extreme leadership development process.
Since graduating from the California Institute of Technology, Tim has worked at Northrop Grumman and is currently a technical team lead focused on optimizing radiometric sensor performance of on-orbit space based sensors. His work has resulted in many technical publications in various industry and academic conferences such as CalCon and MD-SEA. Dawn Miller, Consultant

Dawn Miller's
continued passion for leadership development and growth stems from her desire
to make the lives of others better, one leap at a time. Her leadership
growth came in part from formal leadership training programs over the last
twenty years, but more than anything thru leadership journeys and experiences
in her personal and professional life. The lessons and growth were not
only as the protégé, but just as often as the teacher.
Dawn's talent is captivating others to lead them on emotional, eye opening journeys, allowing great personal and team growth. She takes pride in each leadership journey, each encounter, each experience. This includes teaching others about social grace, unrelenting patience and communication. She believes the three tie together, molding and shaping both the way we see others and the way the world views us.
Her perseverance, intensity, dedication and passion earned her the nickname "The Terminatrix" by her fellow B3 brethren. It also refers to the reduced need for sleep when juggling the responsibilities of embracing, practicing and teaching Extreme Leadership while raising two toddlers.
Dawn graduated in 2006 with a Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois. She has over eleven years experience in engineering technical leadership and program management in the defense industry. Her power to influence, empower and develop others helped a non-profit foster care program blossom and successfully transition to new leadership. Dawn's question of you is this - Are you ready to unleash your potential and see where your boundless limits lay?

Dr. Larry Phillips, Consultant

Larry is totally committed to the concept that leadership is a skill that can be taught, and is not a personality trait that a chosen few have. With proper education, experience, exposure, modeling and mentoring (the E3M2 Model), leadership skills can be instilled in any interested and dedicated student. His engaging and entertaining training and mentoring style has earned him the affectionate nicknames of “Uncle Larry” and/or “Doc” among those that have worked with him over the years.
Larry’s personal journey leading to his enthusiasm about helping others become better leaders began during his career in the US Navy. Starting off at the lowest enlisted rank (Seaman Recruit) and retiring 21 years later as a Lieutenant Commander was an exercise in both personal and leadership development for him. The concepts that go into his E3M2 Model and how to apply it when training others in leadership were formulated during this period.
After retiring from the Navy, Larry has worked for Government Contractors and Consulting firms, including Hughes Aircraft, Raytheon, Veridian, Vaxcom, General Dynamics, and Northrop Grumman. He has successfully performed in roles ranging from Business Developer to Vice President of Operations in these companies.
Larry received his Bachelor’s in Music Education from Michigan State University, studied Strategy and Logistics at the Naval War College, earned a Master’s in Liberal Arts from Johns Hopkins University, and a Doctorate in Business Management from University of Maryland. The topic of his doctoral research and dissertation was decision making in complex organizational structures, specifically developing and proving a decision model that is directly applicable to both leadership skills and development of customer influence. He is an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate School of Management and Technology at University of Maryland, and, like Eric, has also been a volunteer Adjunct at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo Campus.
Larry is dedicated to trying to leave things in better shape than they were in when he found them, both personally and professionally.
