he Bottom Three led an innovative Leadership Workshop, titled "Sales Leadership - Maximizing Your Potential"; in support of Prosource360 during the Compliant Healthcare Technologies, LLC National Sales Meeting.
Participants in the experiential sales workshop included the CHT owners, company president and regional sales managers as they experienced success and failure in the development and proposal process. They rushed to a solution, tripping over the nuances of leadership leading to discussion regarding the responsibility of leaders at different levels of the organization and the importance of following process. The Bottom Three also served in a networking and mentoring role during the four day meeting to the sales staff and technical support.
